Day 1

My new New Year's Resolution in 2019 is to eat an Apple A Day. I know this sounds simple, but I am a busy mom of 4 and I want a resolution I can stick with more than 28 days!  So with this blog and a simple task, I should be able to stick with it!  It also will be an easy reminder to myself that I am healthy and a good example for the kiddos... so here we go...
